Policy Documents

It is really important that you fully understand what you are covered for and anything you are not covered for whilst travelling. Your policy documents are emailed to you when you purchase your policy, they are sent with your schedule, which is personal to you, showing exactly what cover you have purchased. It will also detail any medical conditions also covered.

If you purchased your policy prior to 12th January and require a copy of your Policy Wording or IPID please email us at travel.sales@atoz-insurance.co.uk, or call us on 0330 175 7858 and we’ll be happy to send you a copy.

You can also read our terms of business which covers everything we do at A to Z Insurance, it includes information such as who regulates us, whose products we offer, demands and needs, the promise we make to you and service we provide, how to make a claim or provide feedback or make a complaint.

It is really important that the information we have about you, anyone you are travelling with, your medical conditions and your trip details are accurate and are kept up to date. If you purchased from 12th January 2026 and wish to receive Policy Wording or IPID for an AtoZ policy bought elsewhere, for example, through a price comparison site (which will be different to the policies you can buy directly from us), please email us at customerservice@atozinsurance.co.uk.
